Responsibilities

• Leading a team of developers to design and develop software products and systems using agile methodologies
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions
• Developing and maintaining software architecture and technical design documentation
• Providing mentorship to junior developers and guiding them in developing their skills
• Performing code reviews and ensuring that code quality and standards are maintained
• Participating in the development of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and ensuring that it is adhered to
• Developing and implementing software development best practices and standards within the organization
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues that arise during software development and deployment
